It is with immense pride and joy that we share the outstanding success of our talented culinary and bakery students at AHAAR 2024 and the 16th edition of Culinary Art India organized by the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF).
At AHAAR 2024 and Culinary Art India, with more than 600 participants from across the country, IICA students showcased their exceptional skills and creativity. Securing coveted gold, silver, and bronze medals across various categories, their dedication and hard work paid off as they outshined competitors from renowned culinary institutes, Hotel management students and Hotels in spite of only being trained for less than 6 six weeks before competition.
Their innovative approaches, attention to detail, and passion for the culinary arts were evident in every dish they presented.
