The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi received the 11th FICCI Higher Education Excellence Award 2025 for Excellence in Creating Employment & Entrepreneurship (Private), recognising its impact in skill-based culinary education and entrepreneurship. The award was presented at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, and received by Chef Virender S. Datta and Mr. Arjun S. Datta. The ceremony included sessions on the future of education, including a keynote on AI in education and entrepreneurship. The recognition reinforces IICA’s continued focus on innovation, global standards, and career-building for aspiring culinary professionals.
