Our culinary arts program offers training in classical French Cuisine in the first year where the student is taught fundamentals of working in a professional kitchen led by our expert chef faculty with a hands-on approach & this is combined with the necessary theory & technical skills required to work in the hospitality industry.

During this period, you will also be covering the curriculum of the ProChef Level 1 by the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA).

After completing the curriculum of the first year, students are sent for industrial training in leading professional kitchens for a period of 4 months.

In the second year of this program, students are taught intermediate to advance culinary skills in global cuisines which includes an introduction to baking & confectionery. The final year of the program also includes curriculum covering – customer service, menu designing, lead & manage people and much more. Following the completion of the course curriculum of the final year, students are sent for their second industrial training in this program.

Students will also have the opportunity to further enhance their qualifications by receiving full credit for their studies at International Institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi, enabling them to pursue a Bachelor's degree.

Number of students per batch:    18 – 20

Classes held per week: 5 (can be on Saturday as well, as per requirement)

Installment Option Available for 6 Months, First Three Installments to be paid in the first year and following 3 installments to be paid in the second year.

What are the options available after completing the Diploma in Hospitality Program?

Option 1 – Southern Cross University 

BSI Learning has an agreement with Southern Cross University in Australia. This agreement guarantees entry into either the Associate Degree in Business (International Hotel Management) or a Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management). The Diploma of Hospitality Management gives you credit of eight (8) units or 50% for the Associate Degree or 33% for the Bachelor of business Degree. 

Option 2 – Any Australian or International University 

All Australian universities will offer some sort of credit or Advanced standing into a degree course, however not all Australian universities offer Hotel or Hospitality Management as a pathway. Universities from countries that are signatories of the Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications may grant credit towards a degree program.
