7th MayMonday Triple chocolate brownie, making of brownie, (making of mousse withgarnish.)
9th MayWednesday Orange and almond cake with poached apricot and cinnamon(Making of orange cake , and finishing and plating )
11th MayFridayDeconstructed fresh fruit trifle, roulade, apple almond tart
14th MayMondayBaked cheese cake ,cinnamon and apple crumble , crème caramel

16th MayWednesdayCumin cookies , oat and raisins cookies , chocolate chip cookies
18th MayFriday Cracked Chocolate Cookies ,vanilla butter cookies ,Almond andWalnut Biscotti
21st MayMondayCakes- Fruit royal cake, crunchy caramelized nut cake, preparation of spongesand finishing.
23rd MayWednesdayForest fusion, red velvet, preparation of sponges and finishing of cake.

Location: IICA, New Delhi, Hauz Khas Campus

Timings: 2:00 pm till 5:30 pm

Mode of Learning: Hands-On

Fee: Rs. 18,000/- for the complete program, Rs. 3400/- for 1 module OR

Rs. 2000/- for any one class

Note: (Advance desserts are a 2 module program)

All fees are subject to 18% GST

100% fees must be submitted to secure a seat in any of the programs

Fees is non-refundable

IICA reserves the right to change any menu/ menu item without prior notice

All students are required to carry one apron & two kitchen dusters with them during any class

Classes missed shall not be repeated
